The window for MABC scholarship applications is CLOSED until spring 2027

The McGregor Athletic Booster Club will award the following scholarships to MHS seniors:

  • $1,500

    Awarded to two recipients.

  • $1,000

    Awarded to two recipients.

  • $750

    Awarded to two recipients.

  • $500

    Awarded to remaining applicants who meet requirements.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Applicant must complete and submit the following documents:                                       

1) Complete the MHS Athletic Booster Club Scholarship Application.

2) A one-page typed (12-point font, double-spaced) essay, that includes the following:

a) Description of extra efforts that allow you to perform to the best of your ability.

b) Description of how you provide a positive example for others, such as being a good role model, and exhibiting good sportsmanship and character.

3) A reference letter from your choice of an MHS coach that describes your sportsmanship, integrity, and leadership.

Applicants will be judged on the following criteria:

1) Participation in sports and extracurricular activities

2) Coach's Recommendation (sportsmanship, integrity, and leadership)

3) Personal Essay
